For a peaceful escape and a change of scenery, set off to discover the Tour Carbonnière, located 4.5 km from Aigues-Mortes.

From Aigues-Mortes, cross the Pont de Provence, then follow the canal northwards to reach the tower on foot or by bike.

Once there, you can climb to the top of the tower and enjoy a remarkable panoramic view over the shimmering lagoons, reed beds and vast protected natural areas. Continue your visit with a walk around the site along the raised wooden walkways, perfect for appreciating the richness and tranquillity of this iconic place.

Route :

- Start: Tour de Constance.
- Cross the Pont de Provence, turn left as you come down, then pass underneath the bridge.
- Continue straight ahead along the Rhône–Sète Canal.
