To fully enjoy Aigues-Mortes and its historic centre, it is essential to know where to park. Whether you arrive by car or camper van, our page guides you to the available parking areas, with all the practical information and a map to visualise the locations and make your travel easier.

Aigues-Mortes - Tour de Constance et Remparts

Parking by car

The historic centre of Aigues-Mortes, entirely surrounded by ramparts, is classified and protected. To preserve its heritage and ensure pedestrian safety, parking is strictly regulated, reserved for residents, hotel guests and emergency services, and regularly controlled, especially during the high season. It is therefore preferable to park in the outer car parks and reach the city centre on foot in just a few minutes.

At the foot of the ramparts

- P1 : Avenue de la Tour de Constance

- P2 and P3 : Boulevard Diderot

10 minutes from the centre

- P4 : Boulevard Diderot (for camper vans, access via Chemin de la Pataquière)

- P5 : South Rampart (Route du Grau du Roi)

- P6 and P7 : Avenue Frédéric Mistral (parking meters)

15 minutes from the centre

- P9 : Chemin de Trente Ans

20 minutes from the centre

- P8 : Rue Jeanne Demessieux (free parking)

    How to pay ?

    Take a ticket at the entrance of the car park and pay when you leave.

    The automatic payment machines accept cash or credit/debit cards.

    It is also possible to pay directly at the barrier using a card.

    Parking for camper vans

    Parking P4

    Ideally located at the foot of the ramparts, only 100 metres from the medieval city, this car park allows you to park in complete peace of mind in the heart of Aigues-Mortes.

    - Services : camper van service point, water connections, household waste disposal, grey and black water emptying, sustainable development equipment, waste management, public toilets, paid parking.

    - Rates : €22 for 24 hours, with decreasing rates for parking from 15 minutes to 11 hours.

    Convenient for shopping, less than 3 km from the city centre.

    Les Poissons d’Argent

    A peaceful haven by the pond, quiet and surrounded by nature, with direct cycling access to Aigues-Mortes and Le Grau-du-Roi.

    - Services : camper van service point, water connections, grey and black water emptying, waste management, public toilets, paid parking.

    - Rates : pitch with services : €18 (waste disposal and drinking water included, electricity available at all times) / Pitch only : €13 (waste disposal and drinking water included, without electricity) / Tourist tax : €0.66 per person.
