The evening will begin with a visit to the manade, accompanied by a guardian, breeder of Camargue bulls and horses. You will have the opportunity to get very close to these majestic animals, impressed by their calmness and grandeur.

The evening will then continue with guardian games in the arenas. These riders, in perfect harmony with their horses, will amaze you with their skill and complicity.

The demonstrations and manoeuvres are spectacular, illustrating exceptional mastery of this traditional art.

One of the highlights of a Camargue evening is undoubtedly the meal !

Dinner becomes a true symphony of local products. Depending on the manade, you can enjoy mussel brasucade, slow-cooked bull gardiane, served with Camargue rice.

Each dish is an invitation to discover the rich and authentic flavours of the region, reflecting its generosity.

After dinner, a gypsy music band takes over, creating an atmosphere that is both festive and enchanting. You will be immersed in Gypsy culture, which blends perfectly with that of the Camargue.
