DATA PROCESSING AND SUBCONTRACTING

Data is processed exclusively by the internal services of the Tourist Office. However, certain technical service providers (such as hosting and site maintenance) may act as subcontractors and are contractually bound to comply strictly with the GDPR.

No personal data is transferred outside the European Union.

Data is processed on the basis of :

• your consent, when submitting a form ;
• our public service mission, within the scope of tourist information and reception activities.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data collected via the contact form is retained for a maximum of 1 year, for the time required to process the request and ensure possible follow-up, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
