In response to the growing number of filming permit requests for public spaces in Aigues-Mortes, the city established a Film Office (BATAM) in January 2024. This office aims to promote Aigues-Mortes as a prime location for film productions, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and more.
For any filming requests, please kindly fill out the online registration form.
Please note : All filming requests (fixed camera, shoulder-mounted, drone, etc.) must be submitted at least 5 working days before the desired date.
The Aigues-Mortes Film Office (BATAM) aims to facilitate the organization of film shoots in Aigues-Mortes and make it a preferred destination for audiovisual productions.
The BATAM acts as a liaison between production teams (directors, assistants, technicians, etc.) and municipal services, ensuring a smooth and efficient welcome for shoots in public spaces.
Authorization requests are processed within optimized timeframes, meeting the specific requirements of the industry.
BATAM offers a turnkey service tailored to the specific needs of each project. It provides support for project leaders with their paperwork, whether shooting in public or private locations.
A directory is available to help find locations and professionals (technical providers, extras, shooting venues, etc.) in Aigues-Mortes and the Occitanie region.
You can contact Thomas Rentz, Head of the Aigues-Mortes Film Office, at the following address : thomas.rentz@ville-aigues-mortes.fr.
