For Halloween, Le Salin d’Aigues-Mortes is hosting a day filled with monsters and legends.

Children can start with a free face-painting workshop in the shop and transform themselves into their favourite monster. Allow around 10 minutes per child, depending on the chosen design.

At 3:45 pm, set off on a 3 km guided walking tour through Le Salin d’Aigues-Mortes, following in the footsteps of Lou drapé, a mysterious ghost horse from local folklore. Your mission: find his precious horseshoe!

Along the way, discover the secrets of the saltworks in a fun and engaging way, from salt production to local flora and fauna, all in a slightly spooky atmosphere specially created for Halloween.

Dates of the festivities

Saturday 31 October 2026 between 3.45 pm and 5.20 pm.
Guided walking tour.

Saturday 31 October 2026 between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 4.30 pm.
Face-painting workshop.

Rates
