On 31 December, celebrate the New Year with a festive evening combining a gala dinner, equestrian show, flamenco and dancing.

The evening begins with an aperitif accompanied by Gypsy guitar and Spanish dancers, before moving on to dinner.

The menu includes a welcome cocktail, scallops with lobster sauce and leeks, followed by veal tenderloin with porcini mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. The meal continues with goat’s cheese drizzled with olive oil and a pastry chef’s dessert, before finishing with a glass of sparkling wine and coffee.

With horses, music and dance, enjoy an elegant and lively evening as you celebrate New Year’s Eve and welcome the year ahead.
