For the first time, the Cabarets Équestres de Camargue are offering an exceptional lunch and show on 1 January 2027 to celebrate the New Year in a unique setting.

The programme includes a welcome cocktail, a refined lunch and a show combining equestrian arts and flamenco. An original and festive experience to share with family or friends, bringing together fine dining, a passion for horses and artistic emotion.

Lunch menu:

- Welcome cocktail
- Starter: salmon gravlax with dill mayonnaise
- Main course: pork tenderloin with foie gras sauce, baby potatoes with parsley and garlic, and a medley of Provençal vegetables
- Cheese: goat’s cheese with olive oil
- Dessert: Le Pourpre, featuring a crunchy almond base, vanilla crème brûlée and red berry mousse
- Coffee

A delicious and artistic interlude to start the year in style and discover the world of the Cabarets Équestres de Camargue, where equestrian traditions, flamenco and conviviality come together.
