Cryptors in the City - Aigues-Mortes

Cryptors in the City offers a fun and immersive experience in the heart of Aigues-Mortes. Through an original urban trail, discover artistic ceramic plaques installed on iconic buildings and landmarks throughout the city.

The trail features plaques representing “Cryptors”: animals, symbols, or emblematic characters inspired by the history, culture, and landscapes of Aigues-Mortes. Using the mobile app, scan the plaques to “capture” the Cryptors and unlock interactive content combining anecdotes, unusual stories, and heritage discoveries.

Already available in several French cities, this experience makes Aigues-Mortes the first city in Occitania to host this immersive heritage trail dedicated to promoting local culture and history.

The Cryptors in the City app is available free of charge on the App Store and Google Play.
