The Groul family, owners of the Saint Louis estate, introduce guests, with enthusiasm and conviction, to their profession of bull breeding, which has long been their passion. Between Aigues-Mortes and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, discover the manade (the semi-wild herd) and a family that loves to share their love for bulls and horses.


Aperitifs and meals for groups, soirée camarguaise every Wednesday in July and August. Guest rooms available.

Enjoy a private tour into the very heart of our lands, in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4×4, accompanied by a manadier, a local herdsman, complete with a presentation of bull sorting.

Visit the "manade" by 4x4 from 2 to 6 persons. 
Visit by tractor trailer for 10 people.
