Camargue salt and fleur de sel are renowned for their crunchy texture. Thousands of hectares of dyked basins ensure the best possible development of Camargue salt. Millions of salt crystals form in the high temperatures of summer, and are hand-harvested from the surface of the water by a saunier in late summer. The result is Fleur de Sel de Camargue. These exceptional products are symbols of the Camargue's natural wealth.
