Bit by bit, discover the back country, where you get a chance to surprise a pink flamingo in the marshes, ride through rice fields or see a coypu crossing the trail. Observe bulls and horses in their natural habitat, while a bulls’ breeder hosts you at his “manade” (bull farm) for a delicious meal.

For an aperitif, we stop to do wine tasting in a bicentennial farmhouse, where a winemaker shares his knowledge of regional wines.
