About :

Welcome to Calamel Traiteur, a catering service for all your occasions! We pride ourselves on offering a unique and delicious experience to our guests, from appetizer to dessert.

Our signature Camargue fluted cake was specially created to celebrate the town of Aigues-Mortes. Its particular shape is reminiscent of the Tower Constance and its 10 flutes are a tribute to the city with 10 gates. Our Cannelé de Bordeaux, the company's signature, is also very popular, available in 7 different flavors: orange blossom, mojito, Grand Marnier, Limoncello, anise, chocolate and the traditional rum.
