About:

The Pont de Gau bird park is the ideal spot to discover, observe and photograph the region’s many native bird species, including hundreds of pink flamingos in their natural environment, throughout the year. This 60-hectare ornithological reserve is composed of coastal wetlands, marshes, grasslands, canals, reed beds and flood plains.

Perks:

The advantage of Pont de Gau is the astonishing proximity between the visitor and nature: here, it is men who vanish into the world of birds.

Other explorers said :

"Superb park not to be missed. For "novices", the shorter trail will amaze you with birds. For those who want to take photos in situ, the long trail is absolutely essential! The bird hides are perfect, with info panels to boot. I highly recommend it. And, icing on the cake, the park is very, very well maintained."
