A unique site, overlooking the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes and the salt camelles of the Salin. Coming from  a long line of Camargue traditions, Manade Jullian's primary objective is the rearing of pure-bred Camargue bulls for Camargue racing. Explore the manade by horse-drawn carriage, on horseback or in a towed trailer. During a Camargue day/evening event, you can observe bull sorting, followed by an aperitif and a typical meal accompanied by gypsy guitarists.
