Photography Workshops : “Horses in the Marshes” - Cécile Domens

The “Horses in the Marshes” photography workshops offer a unique opportunity to capture images of white Camargue horses galloping through the water amid the marshland’s natural scenery. The free-roaming horses are guided by horseback-riding gardians (Camargue cowboys), who coordinate their movements to provide photographers with ideal shooting conditions, taking distances and the direction of the light into account.

Throughout the session, several passes allow you to explore different angles and scenes: horses galloping through the water, along dusty tracks, beneath pine trees or among the reeds; head-on and side-on shots; low-angle views; as well as close-ups and portraits. A wonderful opportunity to experiment with different techniques and capture a wide variety of photographs!

Programme:

> 30 to 45 minutes of photography tips;
> carpooling to the photography location, which is reserved exclusively for the group;
> 1 hour and 30 minutes of photography.

Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced photographers, these workshops take place in small groups of 7 to 10 participants in Aigues-Mortes or the surrounding area.
