- Ride at a moderate speed when cycling or using paths to avoid collisions.
- Use appropriate equipment : helmet, lights, and a bicycle lock.
- Take your waste with you and sort it properly to avoid polluting nature.
- Reduce noise pollution and respect other visitors and local residents.

- Choose routes suited to your level and physical abilities.
- Bring water, a hat, and binoculars to observe nature without disturbing it.

Good to know
A 10 km journey by bicycle instead of by car saves around 2 kg of CO₂. Multiply that over several days, and the impact is significant !
