In 2014, the Camargue gardoise was awarded the Grand Site de France label, a distinction that rewards the exceptional beauty of its landscapes as well as the actions taken to preserve and enhance them.
The Maison du Grand Site de France - La Marette is one of the main gateways to discovering and understanding these natural spaces and this label. The richly diversified museography features permanent and temporary exhibitions, a specialized store and a discovery trail.
Please note: access to this trail is restricted during the hunting season, from early October to late January. Please check with the site before visiting.
