Florence and Alain Burgos raise organic Aubrac cattle and free-range pigs. Traditional breeding respectful of the natural rhythms and well-being of the animals with quality products by a short supply chain from producer to consumer: vacuum-packed meat, traditional cold meats and ready meals.
