Each summer in July, the Marguerite Festival transforms Aigues-Mortes into an open-air stage, where art and emotion meet. Live performances, music, theatre, cinema, and equestrian arts take over the town’s most iconic sites, from the medieval ramparts to the heart of the Camargue landscape.

THE PROGRAM OF THE MARGUERITE FESTIVAL

Every July, Aigues-Mortes hosts the Marguerite Festival — a unique artistic event blending live performances, music, open-air theatre, cinema, and equestrian shows.

Set against the exceptional backdrop of medieval ramparts and Camargue landscapes, the Marguerite Festival celebrates the unexpected, the emotional, and the poetic — balancing tradition with modern creativity.

Designed as a family-friendly cultural highlight, the festival brings the city to life over four evenings, with four performances across four disciplines — an invitation to experience Aigues-Mortes in a new light, through art and togetherness.

TICKETS

You can purchase your tickets at the Aigues-Mortes Tourist Office or through regular sales points such as FNAC, Géant, Système U, Intermarché, or on France Billet.

Ticket sales are subject to availability.

PARKING

All parking areas in Aigues-Mortes remain accessible during the festival.

WEATHER

All events will go ahead regardless of weather conditions.
Only a weather alert issued by Météo France or severe weather may lead to the cancellation of certain festivities.
